Providing a handjob is not prostitution
Justice Howard Chisvin does not think providing a handjob is prostitution. A happy day for massage parlours in Ontario.
Thank you to David for this tip.
The logic is similar to the virgin prostitutes story *coughs*

It's interesting the judge referred to Clinton as I was going to mention that myself.
I think there was part of Clinton that genuinely believed he had "not had sexual relations with that woman."
He didn't regard manual or oral sex as real sex.
I can remember many, many years ago at college that I went to bed with a number of young women where we engaged in heavy petting and perhaps oral sex but actual penetrative vaginal intercourse did not take place. For them they still felt that had not had "real sex" I guess.

Beau,
Thank you for your comments.
I think Bill knew what he was doing,ROFLMAO.
I guess that everyone has their own definition of what sex is,or is not.

If I go to a massage place and get a hand or blow job, I don't think I would regard that woman as a lover.
Well, as an erotic masseuse, that's great news for me! But, to be honest, I quite like the fact that jerking off guys for a living is illegal. THe job would lose a bit of its "edge" if I knew my mother would approve.
