Some thoughts on why some men use Viagra

I had a conversation with a friend of mine who uses Viagra over the weekend. He has given me permission to share his views here.

Regarding Viagra. You must not mix it with nitrites
like nitroglycerin which people take for angina. But
if a man has angina he had better stick to blow
jobs so as not to increase the heart rate with large
muscle activity.

Side effects may include hard penis, headaches, blue
tinged vision, facial flushing, backache, drop in
blood pressure (i.e dizziness).

THE MOST IMPORTANT thing, is to take the
right dose . If you have 100 mg tablets bite
off a small bit like 20 mgs and take it ON AN EMPTY
STOMACH. If you have fatty foods in your stomach
absorption is delayed.

If the effect is good stick with that dose, but if it
does nothing try a bit more next time. If the effect
is too much, then reduce the dose further.

This is really, really important. The standard pill
sizes may give too big a dose, especially if the
person is small.

Nearly all side effects are the result of taking a
dose that is too much. If you take it on full stomach
and then have no effect, so you take some more that is
very bad. Don't do it.

If you get into a pattern in a
relationship where you are hen-pecked and just
dreading the next demand that will be made on you,
then it affects you psychologically and your
testosterone level falls and you are less horny.

But if you take control and insist on the other person
doing what you want to do, your testosterone level
rises, your mood is elevated, and you feel as horny as
hell.

What happens to a lot of middle class married men is
that they get into this kind of beaten down status and
then they don't want sex with their wives. So they go
looking for escorts for validation that they can still
do it with a woman. It boosts their testosterone level
and they feel happier. Then they get on line and boast
about their "conquests" like victorious roosters
crowing.

Have a good week.

Damn, your buddy ought to write his own blog.

I use Viagra. I have slight blood pressure and it kick starts my erection, so to speak.

I would just say that guys should ensure that they get medical advice which is what I've done.

I take the full 100g although I'm sure I could get away with less.

However, I only see a WG once a fortnight or so and don't get sex at home. The side effects aren't too onereous either; a "full" feeling in the stomach and sometimes a flushing to the face.

I think the viagra acts as a sort of placebo in my case as I know I can get fairly hard, sometimes, without it.

I've just noticed the pets' tails.

Brilliant LOL.

Anonymous,

Thank you for stopping by. I have told him so,lol.

GOM,

Thank you for sharing your experience. I think it is essential to get medical advice before taking Viagra. I know a number of people who don't and it concerns me.

I had a client whom I had seen a lot of times. We were friends as well as punters, and I was the only girl he saw.

He wanted to try Viagra and got the chance one week when someone gave him one tablet. It was great and enhanced our experience.

After that he bought some stuff off the Internet. Not Viagra as such, but similar with a different name. He doubled the dose thinking it would not be as strong.

At first he was fine. He had a slight flushing of the face which he had before, but then he started having palpitations. His heart was beating so fast I thought he was going to have a heart attack. He was hot and then he was cold, his head started to hurt and he felt sick. He was in a state of anxiety and confusion.
I stayed with him until the symptoms went. We were both very scared. At one point I was thinking of calling for an ambulance.

He should have read the instructions more clearly and more importantly should have consulted his doctor first.

I think he should have followed the advice given above. A generic drug does not mean that there is less of the active ingredient.

The advice given in Nia's article is to be extremely careful about only using the minimum dose necessary.

I have worked with many doctors and I can assure you that most of them don't know any more about prescribing a medication than anyone can read on the drug's Web site.

Of course they ought to ask the questions to make sure that you don't have some condition that precludes using Viagra, but when it comes to judging the best dose, then their guess is a bad as anyone's.

Beau,

Thank you for your comments. I had no idea that is how it is for you, lol.

Jo,

Thank you for your comments. That sounds really scary. Thank god he was okay.
