Westminster council sends text messages about Clip joints
This seems really strange Nia - if, as the BBC reckons, these clip joints are illegal, then why haven't they been closed down? I suppose it's the issue of embarrassment that stops people reporting these things. I can understand that and yet it's the failure to report these scams that perpetuates the problem,

ReplyDeleteI think there are some loopholes. I am not sure what they are, but I think some have been closed down.
