When do you name and shame escorts and clients?

Do you name and shame an escort, when she is not the girl in the pictures, (also known as bait and switch)?

Do you name and shame a client who short changes you?

Do you name and shame an escort who throws you out before your time is up?

Do you name and shame a client who causes you physical harm?

Do you name and shame an escort who does not provide what she has advertised on her site?

Do you name and shame a client who books you, but does not turn up?

These are a few examples of the issues that we all deal with from time to time. Some of my clients have told me of negative experiences that they have had, but did not feel able to review the escort in question.

In some cases, they fear they will be attacked if the escort is well known, or if she is considered too mouthy.

There are lots of networks that do exist, even if clients do not review. People mention incidents in chatrooms, and send each other private messages. Some men who tend to see the same sorts of escorts contact each other with information.

I tend to read the warning boards daily to keep up to date with what is going on. There are boards on several sites, Punterlink and Escortwatch., and Captain 69. There are lots of other sites, but these are the main ones that I access.

Sadly, the information is not centralised, and this can be difficult, because some escorts are not able to check all the sites. The other issue is not all escorts have access to the internet.

I have a network of friends who are independents and who run agencies who keep me informed of what is going on.

What amazes me, but it does go on, is the number of malicious people out there. An escort can report someone on a board, and then another escort will call the culprit up, informing him that he has been blacklisted, and who has blacklisted him. This is crazy! The women who do these things clearly feel their lives can never be in danger, and in my view are in some sort of denial. The outcome of this behaviour is some escorts will not post warnings, and the rest of us could be in danger.

The other side of the coin, is clients who have had negative experiences with agencies, or independents who are well known. They do not review, as the agency or escort has threatened to blacklist them if they write a negative report, and that will make it difficult for them to book escorts in future.

There are ways of getting round the system, but some people are put off from reporting anything, as they do not want the hassle; or are fearful.

It is sad, but I respect their choices, as I believe that we all need to do things that we feel comfortable with.

I just feel that there are lots of people who slip through the net, that are dangerous or dodgy.

I guess that is life.

- Only if she is less beautiful than the girl in the pictures! LOL

Do you name and shame a client who short changes you?

- Does this happen often? Do you let the client know first? It could have been a genuine mistake and he would be more than happy to make up the difference. I have forgotten to pay completely a few times. I always say it was because I was enjoying myself so much I forgot I was paying! Fortunately on each occasion the escort has reminded me but it is embarrassing for them to have to do that so I try hard to remember first! A couple of escorts have told me of them and clients both forgetting but on each occasion the client has returned later with the money.

Do you name and shame an escort who throws you out before your time is up?

- Well this has happened to me (30 mins early after having paid for 2 hours)and I chose not to - though it was a close call. I did mention in one review that the appointment finished ten minutes early but it was part of an otherwise very positive review. I kind of feel guilty about having left it in.

Do you name and shame a client who causes you physical harm?

In all circumsance surely this has to be "yes".

Do you name and shame an escort who does not provide what she has advertised on her site?

Maybe she was having a rough day. Perhaps she'd been hurt by a previous client. It could be she found me so obnoxious she just couldn't do ... with me. There could be all kinds of reasons. It's a difficult enough job without being slagged off on review sites by clients.

In the main I try to only write positive reviews where I think I have had a special time - as a kind of thank you in the hope that in letting other clients know it will help her business.

Do you name and shame a client who books you, but does not turn up?

Well it's up to you but stuff happens. Maybe he couldn't get to the phone, has had an accident, got taken ill. You might get an apologetic email a couple of weeks later when he gets out of hospital. If not just put him on your own list of dodgy clients.

I can't even begin to count the number of times I've had short-notice cancellations or no-shows from escorts. In many of these occasions I have travelled some distance and probably made special arrangements. Did I ever get any apology or recompense? Well an occasional half-hearted apology perhaps.

Also the Punternet site only accepts reviews where money has changed hands so escorts who are particularly unreliable in this way tend to get away with it.

Once I was sat in my car in the hotel car park as the escorts I was due to see were being thrown out of the hotel! I gave them a lift home but never did manage an appointment!

Given this is such an anonymous business I've never really understood how client blacklisting works. Presumably it only works if the person being blacklisted isn't aware of it, otherwise he'd change his modus operandi. I guess that's the reason why the information isn't very easy to get hold of, e.g. C69 only allow access to the escorts board if you can prove you are an escort or agency, and presumably you have to be a paying member too.
I remember this came up before, and as an exercise I tried to book a reasonably high-end (£400ph+) girl through an agency using just a hotmail account and text messages from a new £5 SIM card. For that price (assuming the agency gets 30%+) you'd expect it wouldn't be possible since they would have strict vetting processes, but it couldn't have been simpler. I didn't have to give out any personal information, and no-one at the agency even asked to hear me speak. When I told the escort about it she was stunned and left the agency soon after. I've got a couple of worse examples than that, but I don't want to give anyone any ideas.
I wonder what the ratio is of good guys to bad guys. I hate to think of any escort I know being in any danger.

Security works both ways.

I use a Yahoo/Hotmail account and payg simcard for all my escort encounters.

Perhaps I have to be able to pay £400 an hour before I get problems - in which case that's maybe a small benefit of being poor(er)!

Don't worry mate. Having learned from experience, you can normally have a much better time for £200ph anyway. Then you've got £200 to do fun things with, like my classy City colleague a while back who decided to illustrate his respect for world poverty by making paper airplanes out of £20 notes and launching them off the top of the Eiffel tower. And we wonder why people think us City guys are w***ers...
